At Salty Crew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and follow our streamlined process to get back on the water.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return or choose an exchange item, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
